Indian Navy 10+2 Cadet (B.Tech) Entry Scheme June 2012

THE INDIAN NAVY 10+2 CADET (B TECH) ENTRY SCHEME (PERMANENT COMMISSION) COURSE COMMENCING - JUN 2012

Applications are invited from UNMARRIED MALE CANDIDATES (fulfilling the conditions of nationality as laid down by the Govt of India) to join the prestigious Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala under 10+2 Cadet (B Tech) Entry Scheme.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
2. Age. 17 to 19½ years (i.e. born between 02 Jan 1993 & 01 Jul 1995. (both
dates inclusive).
3. Educational Qualification. Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 Pattern)
or its equivalent from University/Board with at least 70 % aggregate marks
in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in
English (either in Class X or Class XII).
4. Physical Standards
(a) Height and Weight. Minimum height - 157 cms with correlated weight
as per age.
(b) Eye Sight. The minimum acceptable vision standard for distant vision 6/6, 6/9 correctable to 6/6, 6/6 with glasses. Should not be colour/ night blind.
Note: There will be no relaxation in physical standards.

On successful completion of training you will be commissioned as Sub Lieutenant. The benefits of being an officer in the Navy are enumerated in succeeding paragraphs.

HOW TO APPLY
Candidates are to submit application in ‘e-application' (Online) for this entry.
The candidates desirous of applying online (e-application) can do so from Nov 11. The online application registration will cease on 26 Nov 11.The procedure for applying online is explained in Paras 14 & 15 below.

Online (e-application):- Whilst filling up the e-application, it is advisable to
keep the relevant documents readily available to enable the following:-
(a) Correct filling up of personal particulars.Details are to be filled up as given
in the Matriculation Certificate.
(b) Fields such as e-mail address, mobile number are mandatory fields and
need to be filled.

Filling up of e-application:- For filling up application online visit our website www.nausena-bharti.nic.in and proceed as follows:-
(a) Click on the "Officer Entry" button under the option 'Apply Online' on the Home Page.
(b) Fill the online registration form. Tips to assist in filling up fields have
been provided as you highlight each field.

(c) Before clicking the submit button it should be checked whether all the details entered in the form are correct as you will not be able to make any corrections after saving the record.

(d) After submitting the form, a 'Roll Number' will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. This Roll Number will automatically appear on the print out of the form. If the system does not generate the Roll Number, it is an indication of non-acceptance of Application by the system.

(e) Print two copies of the online Application Form having the system generated Roll Number. One copy of this Application Form is to be duly signed and mailed (posted) to Post Box No. 04, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi - 110 021 along with the following documents:- Self attested photograph, Attested photo copies of 10th & 12th class certificates along with Mark Sheets, other educational certificates and mark sheets of all semester/years. Send the Application by normal post. Application received by Speed Post/Courier/Registered Post will not be accepted.

(f) A superscription is to be made on envelope : ONLINE ROLL NO.

Note:- (i) Final receipt of the printout of the online Application Form with system generated Roll Number and all documents as mentioned in sub para (e) above (if received by 06 Dec 11) will be the final CONFIRMATION of receipt of your Application at IHQ MoD (Navy). Hence, only filling the application online/ generation of Roll No. does not imply that the candidate has fulfilled all thecriteria given in the advertisement.
(ii) Your application is subject to subsequent scrutiny and the application can be rejected, if found INELIGIBLE at any point of time

Intelligence Bureau Security Assistant (Executive) Recruitment 2011

INTELLIGENCE BUREAU On line applications are invited for direct recruitment to the post of Security Assistant (Executive), General Central Service, (Group-C) Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial in the following Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau, (Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India from amongst the candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions as mentioned below in the relevant column:-

The numbers of vacancies indicated above against each SIB are provisional and liable to change. The posts are temporary but likely to continue indefinitely.

Scale of pay: Rs. 5200-20200/- and Grade pay Rs. 2000/- plus allowances at Central Govt. rates.

Age: Not exceeding 27 years as on closing date of application. Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC, Ex-Serviceman as per Government of India rules. Also relaxable for departmental candidates up to 40 years in accordance with the instructions/orders issued by the Central Government from time to time.

Eligibility Conditions:

(A)Essential: (i)- Matriculation(Class X) or equivalent from a recognized Board.

(ii)- Knowledge of local language/Dialect as specified above against each SIBx/centres of examination.

(B)Desirable: Field Experience in intelligence work.


Note:- The candidates need to indicate the SIB/Centre against whose vacancies they are applying based on their knowledge of Local Language/Dialect as specified in table ‘A’ above.

Knowledge of Local Language/Dialect:- Candidates applying for the vacancies of a SIB are required to possess adequate knowledge of the Local Language/Dialect indicated against it (the SIB). They should be able to read, write and speak that Language/Dialect.

Selection of Candidates: The candidates who come up to a specific standard following a preliminary screening of applications based on knowledge of the local language(s) of the SIBx/Centre concerned, academic qualification, marks obtained in the examinations and depending upon the number of vacancies, would be called for an Objective Type test on General Knowledge, Current awareness, aptitude, reasoning, general arithmetic and English of 100 marks to be held at the respective centres of examination where the candidate have applied for. Those candidates who meet specific standard in the objective type test will be further called for local language test (50 marks) and personality test (50 marks).

The Objective type would be held on a common day for all the centres of examination and hence the candidates should apply for the vacancies of a SIB, depending upon their knowledge of the local Language/Dialect mentioned against it in table ‘A’ above. Application submitted for more than one SIBx/Centre would be rejected.

Liability of Service: Selected candidates are liable to serve anywhere in India in public interest.

Centre of Examination will not be changed under any circumstances. Applications received for more than one Examination Centre from a candidate would be rejected.

How to apply:-
(i)- Applications can be submitted only through ON-LINE registration mode. The candidates should log on to www.mha.nic.in. Applications sent by any other mode will not be accepted. Wrong information in any column may lead to the application getting rejected altogether.

(ii)- On submission and acceptance of application, the system will generate an Application Registration No and it will appear on the Registration Slip generated on the system.

(iii)- The candidates required to take the print out of this Registration Slip for all future reference.

(iv)- Candidates are required to possess a valid e-mail ID which is to be entered in the application form at the time of ON-LINE registration. In addition to this the candidate must furnish one mobile number in the column provided in the application form to enable us to give SMS alert about the downloading of the admit card for written examination and interview.

(v)- This office will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail or malfunctioning of the mobile phone number given by the candidate.


(vi)- Necessary information regarding written examination, interview and downloading of admit cards will also be hosted on the website www.mha.nic.in.

(vii)- The candidate has to fill in one of the Examination Centres from 13 centre given in the table A above for the written examination in the application form.
